Ancient South America: Recent Evidence Supporting Edgar Cayces Story of Atlantis and Mu by Gregory L. Little, Ed.D., John Van Auken, Lora Little, Ed.D. Eagle Wing Books, Inc. P.O. Box 9972 Memphis, TN 38190 ISBN: 0-940829-35-5, 2002, 108 pages, $8.95 Reviewed by Brent Raynes Ancient South America, the authors of this book assert, may have some of the most mysterious and ancient ruins and sites to be found anywhere else in the world. Thousands of miles of ancient roadways and countless cities and temples. In addition, the authors claim that new archaeological evidence and genetic studies from South America provide historical evidence that matches almost perfectly with what the psychic readings of Kentuckys Sleeping Prophet Edgar Cayce revealed about the ancient people there...who, according to Cayces readings, originated from Atlantis and Mu! The book is a concise and comprehensive compilation of the latest scientific evidence that supports Cayces readings on South America, containing also many wonderful photographs of ancient sites and ruins as well. Very reasonably priced and full of the latest and up-to-date information. You cant possibly go wrong!
Gods of Eden: Egypts Lost Legacy and the Genesis of Civilization by Andrew Collins Bear & Company One Park Street Rochester, Vermont 05767 ISBN: 187918176-2, 1998, 2002, 372 pages, $20.00 Reviewed by Brent Raynes This author also delves into mysteries of ancient civilizations. Though his main focus is on Egypt, he searches the world for clues to prove that an advanced prehistoric global society once flourished. Collins begins by establishing why the Egyptian Sphinx is much older than archaeology officially recognizes, and then he proceeds to explain why he feels the ancients possessed an incredible acoustic technology that allowed them to levitate heavy stones into the air and to bore holes into solid granite! Thus if Collins is correct then the ancient ones possessed knowledge and science that at present remains beyond our full understanding. A thought-provoking, well-written book with quite a few pictures and illustrations. | |
