Lawyer guided by psychic experiences and hunches Back in 1982, a prominent attorney on the West Coast revealed to UFOCCI personal and profound supernatural experiences he had undergone since childhood. From a number of these instances, he had learned the importance of heeding his inner hunches, his psychic guidance. Here are several of those remarkable accounts. My father and I were fairly close, but many years separated us. He was an attorney, and at the time, I was in the legislature. The year was about 1961. We had a very difficult problem on our hands, [which was] how to kill a bill when we were in the majority and yet had the least number of votes. Several months passed after my father had died. I remember very well, one moonlit night after my father had died. I remember... thanking the good Lord I was alive and happy and wishing my father was with me to discuss this very important event in my career. He was a great intellect and humanitarian. Suddenly, he seemed to appear and I recall the image of both of us, seated before a table in the living room of our house and discussing in detail all the punches and counterpunches one might expect. I asked a hundred questions and like always, he sat down with me and reasoned out the answers. Many alternatives were discussed. I felt I had the right answers. I felt jubilant. Suddenly, he disappeared and I have never seen him since. However, we did kill this legislation on the floor of the House and all of the questions I saw in my discussion with Dad were asked and naturally, I had all the answers. Almost as if he were there and directing me how exactly to answer. I could even see the smile on his face. When I was about 10, I was diving off of a high dive at the beach. I never learned how to open my eyes. I came up under a raft of logs. I panicked because I had no idea where I was and I couldnt breathe. I heard a voice calmly say Open your eyes and put your face up and breathe. Naturally I did and was able to extricate myself. When I was 8 or 9, I went with my babysitter out in the country to visit her mothers home. I had the distinct feeling of being there before. I remembered in a dream of such a road, such a house, such trees and a river just east of the house where I swam. Sure enough, it was all there. I also had recalled that I fell from the tree. My sitter asked me to pick cherries, which I did. The branch broke and I fell. I honestly felt like I was reliving all this over again. A few years ago, I kept a gun in my car. I was taking my daughter out to dinner. She told me to go ahead and she would follow as she had to change her clothes. As I sat in the restaurant, I had a strange feeling that she stole my gun and was going to use it. When I came back to the car later, she was in the front seat and I felt foolish about my hunch so I passed it over. Three days later, she shot herself with the gun and I am still blaming myself for it. Many times, when the phone rang, I knew in advance it was she who was calling. In looking back, whenever I didnt follow my hunches, I invariably got into trouble. ...One day, I had to drop off a letter.... My daughter was in the car. I had a hunch to take another route. I didnt follow my hunch. A car rear-ended me traveling about 25 miles an hour. He claimed the sun was in his eyes and he could not see me. ...I lost my watch one day. Had a hunch that if I re-traced my steps I would find it. I was delivering political posters in the dark and I probably delivered to over 20 different places. When I stopped in front of the first house, I had a hunch to look down and I would see the watch. Sure enough, just about 2 inches over to the left of my wheel, I saw the watch despite the fact it was pitch black out. ...Another incident - I was in the hospital for what they thought was appendicitis. Along about morning the pain was killing me. I prayed the pain would go away. Suddenly, just then I saw a blinding flash of light and felt a cool breeze go over me. The pain then suddenly went away and I felt very tranquil. I am not a very religious person, but it doesnt take much to believe in something other than our five senses. Especially after such things have happened.
